3 Situations When A Business Owner May Need To Call A Towing Company
Posted on: 28 December 2018
As a business owner, you might find yourself in need of the services of other business owners and professionals all the time. For example, there might be times when you need to call a towing company for business reasons rather than personal reasons. Towing companies provide a great service for many individuals and business owners, and you may need to call them for one of these reasons.
1. A Company Vehicle Has Broken Down
For one thing, if your business has one or more company vehicles, you might find yourself dealing with problems from time to time. One of your company cars might break down or be involved in a car accident and might need to be towed, for example. This is a good example of a time when a towing company could be very helpful for your business. You can have a vehicle that has broken down on the side of the road towed to your place of business, or you could have a broken-down vehicle towed from the side of the road or your parking lot to a repair shop.
2. A Non-Customer Has Parked in Your Parking Lot
If you operate a business in an area where parking is a hot commodity, then there might be situations in which non-customers choose to park in your parking lot. You might have limited parking space for customers and employees already, though, or you might just not want to have vehicles parked in your parking lot for long periods of time. If a non-customer has parked in your parking lot or if someone has left their car in your parking lot for an extended period of time, then you may have to call a towing service so that you can have it removed from your property.
3. Someone Is Parked in the Fire Lane or a No-Parking Zone
There are probably areas of your property where you would prefer for people not to park. For example, you may not want people parking near your garbage dumpster or near the loading area, or there might be a designated fire lane where people are not supposed to park. If there is a vehicle in one of these places, you may choose to try to locate the owner within your place of business first. If this is not possible, then you might need to call a towing company to have the vehicle removed.
